When it comes to Japan, this country experienced an upward trend in the rate of unemployment throughout the period. In 1993, the unemployed made up only 2.5% of the total work force , which was about one third the figure for the USA. However, from that time onwards , the unemployment rate increased markedly and also erratically , doubling to 2.5 in 1999 despite a fractional dip towards 1996; ultimately, the figure had become comparable to that of America.

Does foreign aid work? Or does it only help the rich country by keeping the poorer country dependent?

Many believe that international aid from the Affluent West countries is necessary and this foreign aid has been regarded as it works properly to the poor nations. However, I maintain that foreign donations are out of work and these are used to exploit people in need in order to take profit. Nowadays, many nations have taken part in international or local aid groups to help our neighbours in globe. Since many global leaders believe that the need of helping other nation is pressing issue. This is a very good idea. However, this pure purpose is used badly as developed nations use labour power in poor nation and pay them low in order to raise their net profit. Furthermore, this west countries are producing advanced technology products such as ipad, iphone, and Samsung Galaxy S4 to promote in poor nations. In this case, although people in need cannot afford it, they love to get one of smart devices, and as a result their major interest turns to expensive technology products...

Some experts believe that it is better for children to begin learning a foreign language at primary school rather than secondary school . Do the advantages of this outweigh the disadvantages? Children usually begin to learn a second language at secondary school, but some experts think they should start earlier. This idea has been put into action by some school districts and individual schools, with mixed results. The biggest argument is that young children are better at learning language than teenagers. Their language ability in later life will benefit from learning the language at a young age. Other languages will also become easier for them. They may also g...

My age close to 30 (actually, I'm now 28 in Korean age) that I thought never come to me. I have worried some as to that thing, since above age is that means people who are in stage to get a job in Korea. However, now, I cannot step into this stage, because I have not done school yet. Also, there are a tonnes of reasons, which hinder me to go forward further. Firstly, abroad study is prohibitively expensive than usual Korea universities of fee. these financial problem have been prepared by working and investment in Korea stock market, but it is always not accumulated enough for my whole semesters which are three. Second, my English score in IELTS is a huge one of problems, that I have put my whole efforts into it for nearly 1 year. However, the speed of getting more sore is really slow to me.
