Writing skill for IELTS and my little problems of the test.

I usually miss the importance of subject role in a sentence, and I have small amount of verbs. This is the weakest point on my writing in English. But I admit that I am better than I was, 1 year ago. it is not enough to me to get satisfied band on IELTS test. It is not only expanding vocabulary is too harsh but also taking lots of  time. What do i suppose to do to overcome this difficulty?

When I look back what I did since I started this effort last year, I believe I have tried every possible methods   for being a perfect English user. But, result of my all efforts is band 5.5 in IELTS TEST!, which I have taken this three times. I cannot believe this result of what I did for it.

I have searched and read every single book which has proper information to English learner. However, I still look for something that can help my academic English ability.

I have often made mistakes with proposition and spelling as well as there are no collocation whenever I read it again.  

English usually speak and write firstly, most important thing which should be subject in a sentence.
they focus on collocation among sentences and logic as well. Here is my problem that I usually write or speak important thing in the last, which is common way in Asian logic, with explanation its around status and situation for good comprehension. On the contrary, English is not familiar with this methods of logic, they even think this way is not logic or writer have no effort on the writing.

I know I need to follow English way since they can understand my essay more easily.
I know what is my weakest point of English writing and I'm sure I can fix it as a right way.

I just wonder how many years does it takes for my perfect English wiring in IELTS .
I have already spent 1 year and my school do not wait for me to start that semester.
I really want to back Australia and I need to finish my study as fast as I CAN...
